Carcase

In 18 mm thick environment-friendly, water-repellent (swelling after 24 hours 10% max) particle board panels with low formaldehyde content (class F**** under Japanese standard JIS A 1460), covered on both sides, with Wax melamine finish for the White carcase, Sandy for the Aluminium Grey carcase, mat for the Decapé Oak and Aurora Cherry carcases, Grain for the Dark Oak and Grey Oak carcases and As for the Teak carcase. Front edge in ABS (1 mm thick), with laminate edging (0.3 mm thick) on the remaining sides.

SHELVES

In 18 mm thick particle board panels with low formaldehyde content (class E1), covered on both sides, with matt melamine finish.
All-round laminate edging 0.3 mm thick.

GLASS SHELVES

6 mm thick tempered glass slab (8 mm for 120 cm units) with polished bevelled edges.

BACK PANEL

Wood fibre panel 3 mm thick, water-based varnish finish, with all-round laminate edging 0.3 mm thick.

all parts in White melamine.
Aluminium Grey Carcase:
side exterior Grey melamine, inside White; top, bottom and back panels and shelves White.
Oak Decapé Carcase:
side exterior Oak Decapé melamine, interior Cream, top, bottom and back panels and shelves Cream.

In 18 mm thick water-repellent (see footnote) particle board panels with low formaldehyde content (class E1), covered on both sides, with mat , “fine ribbed” or brushed melamine finish in various colours.
All-round ABS edging 1.5 mm thick.

"POWDER” PAINTED DOOR

In fibre board (medium density) 19 mm thick  with low formaldehyde content (class E1), mat.

GLOSS LACQUERED DOOR

In 18 mm thick fibre board (Medium Density) panel with low formaldehyde content
(class E1), gloss lacquered on outside and edges, and melamine painted on inside.

GLASS DOOR WITH FRAME

Frame in satin-finish steel colour Aluminium.

GLASS FOR DOOR

Tempered, decorative screen-printed sheet glass 4 mm thick.

VARNISHING COMPONENTS

“Powder” painted door:
Over water-based primer, mat embossed thermoset powder varnish with particularly high light-fastness.
Gloss lacquered door:
- polyester undercoat on outside
- melamine paint on inside
- sanding of polyesters for gloss finish
- sanding of edges
- polyurethane gloss finish on outside only

Sides and back in epoxy varnished metal in metallic Grey colour, Grey melamine bottom panel 16 mm thick. Automatic closure system in the last 4 cm or Blumotion system on request.
Maximum capacity 25 Kg.

PULL-OUT DRAWERS D.50 CM

Sides and back in epoxy varnished metal in metallic Grey colour, Grey melamine bottom panel 16 mm thick. Aluminium rails.
